摘要
事业单位的改革促使高校的部分岗位可通过政府购买服务来实现。在这一前提下,高校人力资源管理部门应当认清高校实施政府购买服务的意义,积极推动高校政府购买服务实施,并转变观念,明确角色和职责以适应高校政府购买服务环境下的高校人力资源管理。
Reform of institutions to promote university part of the job can be achieved through Purchase of Services. In this context, the university human resource management department should make clear the significance to implement universities Purchase of Services and actively promote the implementation of Universities Services of Purchase, and to change their ideas, clear roles and responsibilities for adjusting the human resource management under the environment of fovernment servicves of nurchase in the higher educational institutions
