摘要
通过对国内外堇青石-莫来石棚板的对比剖析,研究了化学成分、添加物、显微结构对此类窑具的高温强度的影响。结果表明,添加Al2O3能提高制品的开始变形温度,增强其高温力学性能;经烧结后晶相间生成的联接桥结构的完善程度对制品的高温强度有至关重要的作用。
Influences of chemical component, additive and microstructure on high temperature strenght of
cordieritemullite decks was studied by contrastively analysing two different decks.The results
show:the addition of Al2O3 will improve the creeping temperature and the mechanical proprerties
of the products.The degree of bridge structure in the crystal phase after sintered influenced
seriously on the high temperature strength of the products.
