摘要
研究了氮化制度和添加物对Si2ON2结合SiC窑具材料性能的影响,并分析了不同氮化制度下材料的显微结构。结果表明,氮化制度的优化和引入适量的添加物可提高该材料的常温和热态力学性能,有利于板桥状Si2ON2晶粒的形成和长大,使结构更为致密、均匀。
The effect of nitriding and additive on properties of Si2ON2 bonded silicon carbide kiln furniture
was investigated in this paper. The microstructure of the samples under different nitriding
conditions was also analyzed. The results show that the optimization of nitriding condition and
introduction of additive are contributive to get higher cold and hot strength, helpful to the
formation and growth of tabular and bridging Si2ON2 particles and the microstructure seems
more dense and homogeneous.
