水泥窑用磷酸盐结合复合砖的试验生产与应用

Development and application of the phosphate-bonded compound brick for cement kiln

以Ａｌ２Ｏ３≥８０％的矾土熟料为主要原料制做工作端，以Ａｌ２Ｏ３≥４８％、密度为１．３ｇ·ｃｍ３的轻质材料为隔热端，用轻烧的方式制成的复合砖首次用于４．０ｍ×６０ｍ新型干法水泥回转窑的３２～３７．５ｍ处，使用效果显著。

With Al2O380%bauxite as main raw material for the work layer ,with Al2O348%,bulk density 1.3 gcm-3 lightweight material as insulation layer, the phosphate-bonded compound brick was produced at low temperature.It was first used in the zone of 3237.5m in the 40m60m new type dry-process cement rotary kiln with famous effect.
