摘要
从40种不同生态环境来源的土壤中,用不同的培养基进行了好氧性纤维素分解菌与厌氧性纤维素分解菌的筛选,得到了酶活性较高的7种好氧性纤维素分解菌和6个厌氧性纤维素分解混合细菌菌种。测定了1个好氧性纤维素分解菌和厌氧性纤维素分解细菌混合培养体在滤纸、CMC-Na、稻草粉等不同底物下产酶的活力,以CMC-Na为底物时的酶活最高。在培养基中添加0.1%的尿素和0.2%的K2HPO4能够提高纤维素酶的活性。
Seven aerobic cellulose-decomposing bacteria stains and six anaerobic cellulose-decomposing mixed bacteria with high cellulase activity were screened from forty different soils in different culture medium.The cellulase activities of a mixed culture bacteria of aerobic cellulose-decomposing bacteria and anaerobic cellulose-decomposing bacteria on different substrates(filter paper,CMD-Na and straw powder,etc.) were determined.The results showed that CMC-Na was the optimal substrate,and added 0.1% urea and 0.2% K2HPO4 to culture medium could improve cellulase activity.
