Effects of Temperature-light Factor on Budding Time and Hormones of Tobacco in Seedling Period

用人工气候箱控制温光条件研究温光因子对烟草早花的影响,目的是确定烟草早花对温光因子影响的强度范围,温光因子处理持续时间的长短,以探索烤烟开花与温光条件关系的规律,为防止早花提供依据。结果表明:不同处理时间对烟草早花影响显著;低温对烤烟现蕾时间及赤霉素含量影响显著,协同作用影响更大;短日照是烟草早花影响因子之一。

In order to explore the regulation between tobacco flowering and temperature-light factor,ensure the intensity rage and lasting time of temperature-light factor for early flowering,the effects of temperature-light factors on early flowering of tobacco were studied by using artificial climate box to control temperature and light.The results showed that the effects of different processing time on early flowering of tobacco were significant;the effects of low temperature on budding time and gibberellin content of tobacco were significant,and the effect of synergistic action was greater;the short-daylight was one of the affecting factors for the early flowering of tobacco.
