醴陵市土地生产潜力与人口承载力研究

Potential Land Productivity and Population Carrying Capacity of Liling City

采用限制因子修正法,估算了醴陵市的土地资源生产潜力,同时对土地资源人口承载力进行了研究。结果表明:醴陵市土地的开发空间和生产潜力较大,水稻、玉米、花生3种主要农作物的生产潜力指数分别为74.28%、86.52%、84.94%,尚有较大的土地生产潜力有待开发;在现有条件下,醴陵市的土地资源可以满足当地人口"小康型"的生活标准,但是醴陵市面对不断激增的人口和人民广泛的致富要求,还需不断挖掘土地的生产潜力,努力提高土地生产力;控制人口增长,缓解用地矛盾;切实保护耕地,确保总量动态平衡。

The potential land productivity and population carrying capacity of Liling city were calculated by environmental elements step up method.The results showed that there was still a large potential land productivity and land developmental ability in Liling City;the potential productivity indices of rice,maize and peanut were 74.28%,86.52% and 84.94%,respectively,which have a large potential land productivity to develop.At the current level of land productivity,the land resources of Liling City can satisfy the demands of people and reach the well-off standard according to the regional food security,but face to the continually increasing population and demands of better-off life,it still should to improve the land productivity,control the rate of population growth,relieve land-use contradiction,protect farmland and ensure total dynamic balance of farmland.
