摘要 以航天机电伺服机构为应用对象,给出机电伺服机构集成优化系统的开发背景,提出涵盖机电伺服机构总体、结构、控制3个专业的集成优化系统开发方案;研究基于流程集成及设计优化环境(ModelCenter)的机电伺服机构设计常用数字样机软件(包括Pro/E,ANSYS,ADAMS,AMESim)的包装技术;针对某机电伺服机构总体参数设计问题,提出两种优化方案,并对优化结果进行对比,给出机电伺服机构集成优化系统的关键技术及应用情况。 The background of integrated digital design optimization system for electromechanical servo mechanism is given,which is applied in aerospace electromechanical servo mechanisms.The development scheme is put forward including the ones for system,structure and control design.The wrapper technologies are studied,basing on the commen servo prototype softwares for flow integration and design optimization(ModelCenter) including ADAMS,Pro/E,ANSYS and AMESim.For the system parameter design optimization of some electromechanical servo mechanism,two schemes are proposed,their optimization results are compared.The key technologies of integrated digital design optimization system for electromechanical servo mechanism and its applications are given.
