摘要
将抗紫外剂砂磨分散后配制成乙二醇浆料,在酯化阶段加入反应器,分别进行聚合小试和中试,获得质量良好的抗紫外线切片。对所得抗紫外线切片进行纺丝小试和中试,纺丝稳定正常,组件周期大大延长,切片有较好的可纺性,拉伸过程稳定无毛丝、无缠辊现象,具有较好的可拉伸性。所得拉伸丝织成布样进行测试,具有较好的抗紫外线性能。
Ethylene glycol paste was prepared by sand grinding and dispersion of ultraviolet resistant materials.High\|quality ultraviolet resistant polyester chip was obtained by feeding ethylene glycol paste into reactor during esterification stage. Minor and pilot experiments showed that the ultraviolet resistant polyester chips with superior quality had good spinnability and drawing property. The spinning process was stable with extension of part assembly period. The drawing process was stable without split filament and roller wrapping. The drawn filaments were woven to test ultraviolet resistant property. The results showed that the grey fabric had very low reflectance and transmittance of ultraviolet light by absorbing and reflecting ultraviolet light, which proved that the grey fabric had superior ultraviolet resistant property.
