摘要
研究确定了用工业酚和甲醛制取FT型无水结合剂的工艺流程、最佳操作参数和产品质量指标。应用试验表明,用FT型无水结合剂压制镁钙碳砖,其理化指标可满足用户要求。
The flow sheet and optimum operating parameters for making FT type water-free binder with industrial phenol and formal, and product quality indexes are de-termined through research. The test shows that MgO-CaO-C bricks manufactured with FT type water-free binder can meet the user's requirements for their physicochemical in-dexes.
