摘要
用宽角X射线衍射(WAXD)研究了低熔点金属(LMPM)/PP复合材料中PP的晶型结构、结晶度、β晶型含量以及α晶型的微观尺寸。发现LMPM用量增加、LMPM粒径减小、加入偶联剂以及提高混炼转速有利于PP形成β晶型,并使α晶型的微观尺寸变小,但结晶度变化不大。这种规律归结于LMPM的异相成核作用以及复合材料在冷却时内部大的温度梯度。
Crystal structure,crystallinity,content of crystal and microscopic size of crystal of
polypropylene(PP)in the composite of low melt point metal(LMPM)/PP are observed by means of
WAXD.The increase of LMPM content and the reduction of LMPM particle size along with the
addition of coupling agents and the increase of the mixing speed will facilitate forming of crystal
in PP,reduce the microscopic size of crystal and have little effect on the crystallinity because
LMPM acts as a heterogeneous nucleating agent in the composite and a large temperature
gradient occurs during the cooling of the composite.
