北京市某区医疗机构开展口腔执业的现状评估及分析

Results and analysis of an on-site assessment on stomatological competency

通过对北京市某区开展口腔科业务的30所医疗机构运行质量,从规章制度建设、医疗环境、设备设施、医院感染管理、技术人员配备和病历书写等管理方面进行现场评估。得到的结果是非营利性医疗机构在规章制度建设、病历管理、技术人员管理做得较好,营利性医疗机构在医疗环境、方便病人的流程上做得较好;在医院感染管理、病历书写规范上存在需要改进的缺陷。

In this paper,an on-site assessment is introduced with level of competency in terms of regulations,medical environment and facilities,infection management,qualified professionals,and medical record writing and management,which is for 30 medical institutions running dental services in a particular district of Beijing. The results show that non-profit medical institutions receive positive remarks in regulations,medical record management and personnel management of qualified professionals while profit medical institutions in medical environment and service. It also emphasizes that infection management and medical record writing still need improvements.
