摘要
介绍了南皮县人民医院通过分两个阶段在医院实施品绩管理的实践,即开展医院文化建设工程和实施医院"品绩管理",并对实施品绩管理项目前后五年的对比及与全市同级医院的比较,从中收到了显著的效果。
The experiences of applying 2 phase performance management in Nanpi County People's Hospital were introduced. The contents included hospital culture construction and performance management. Vertical comparison before and after 5 years applying performance management and horizontal comparison with same level hospital in Nanpi county were developed. The impact of performance management was significant.
