摘要 赣南某白钨矿为白钨-夕卡岩型钨矿石,主要的金属矿物有白钨矿、黑钨矿、黄铁矿、黄铜矿、铜蓝、磁黄铁矿、闪锌矿等。其中WO3含量较高,是主要回收的元素。白钨矿粒度范围较宽,总体属中细粒不均匀嵌布。矿石在+0.074mm时,白钨矿单体解离度达90%以上。针对该矿石性质,采用常温浮选工艺,即在Na2CO3或NaOH碱性介质中用Na2SiO3为分散剂,以调整分散矿浆中的细泥,采用733或改性脂肪酸类为钨矿石捕收剂,在原矿WO3含量为0.80%时,获得钨精矿品位WO3 61.17%、钨回收率80.29%的较好技术指标。 A scheelite of Southern Jiangxi is skarn typed tungsten ore, which mainly contains scheelite, wolframite, pyrite, chalcopyrite, Ceruloplasmin, pyrrhotite, sphalerite, etc. Soheelite has a wide range of particle size, and is generally non-uniformedly embedded in the fine-grain. When minerals size is +0.074 mm, the scheelite monomer dissociation degree is more than 90 %, flotation process at room temperature is adopted,in which NaZi03 as dispersing agent in the Na2CO3 or NaOH alkaline medium to adjust and disperse the fine mud in the ore pulp,with 733 or modification of fatty acids as the collector, tungsten concentrate with WO3 grade of 61.17 %.Recovery rate of 80.29 % with the 0.80 % WO3 in the ore is obtained.
