摘要
用自制的壳聚糖水果保鲜剂,对芒果进行浸泡成膜保鲜试验。结果表明:该膜能有效地抑制微生物侵蚀芒果,防止芒果失水。
With chitosan prepared by ourselves as preserative agent, an experiment on the preservation of mango was carried out. Mango was soaked in the solution of chitosan and a film formed on the surface of it. The result showed that the film could prevent microorganism from eroding mango, avoid water evaporating from mango, prolong the storage life of mango and preserve the original taste of mango.
