摘要
与传统以讲授式为主的教学模式不同,互动式专题研讨法注重培训者与学员、学员与学员之间的互动,与以学员为中心、以解决问题为导向、强调多样化学习的现代培训基本思想和理念相符,也符合干部的认知和学习特点。本文分析了互动式专题研讨教学实践中存在的一些问题,并提出相应的对策,同时介绍了头脑风暴法、团体列名法、六顶帽子法、世界咖啡馆法等互动式专题研讨方法。
Different from the traditional teaching mode centered on teacher’s instruction,panel discussion emphasizes the interaction between teacher and trainees,as well as between different trainees. It is a mode of training centered on leaner,oriented at problem solution,and emphasizing diversified learning. It conforms to the basic concept and idea of modern training,and also complies with the cognition and learning characteristics of cadres. In this paper,some problems in the application of panel discussion in training are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are brought forward. Besides,methods of panel discussion such as brainstorm,party list and world café are introduced.
