我国女子沙滩排球运动队人员素质现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Present Personnel Quality of Female Beach Volleyball Team in China

从运动员和教练员两方面入手,对我国女子沙滩排球运动队的人员素质现状进行分析,结果表明:我国女子沙滩排球队运动员身体条件较好,学历结构合理,但年龄偏小,训练年限短;教练员学历结构较好,以本科学历为主,具有正确的工作态度和执着的敬业精神;教练员参加岗位培训较少,其知识结构和能力结构还需进一步提高。

From two aspects of athlete and coach,the paper makes an analysis on the present personnel quality of female beach volleyball team in China,which shows that our female athletes are younger and have short time training,with good condition and reasonable academic structure;our coaches mostly hold undergraduate degree in the spirit of professional dedication,but there is much room for them to improve the structure of knowledge of abilities.
