摘要
根据核心流强化原理,提出了一种新型的扰流叶片换热器,对其进行了传热和流动特性的数值分析,并作出了一定的结构优化。结果表明,在Re数为3000~21000的范围内,该换热器相比折流杆换热器PEC可提高20%~50%。
Based on the theory of heat transfer enhancement in the core flow, a kind of heat exchanger with vane-type spoiler was presented and the fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics were numerically analyzed in this paper. Furthermore the structural optimization was analyzed. The simulation results showed that when Re number is in the scope of 3000-21000, the PEC value will improve 20%-50% compared with rod baffle heat exchanger.
