摘要
在自行设计的实验装置上研究了CH4再燃还原NO的特性。研究结果表明,最佳再燃温度约为1000℃,再燃区最佳停留时间在0.4~0.6 s之间,随着平衡比的增大脱硝率最高可达90%以上,烟气中NO浓度越大再燃脱硝率越高,而SO_2存在对NO的还原有不利影响。总体表明,相同条件下O_2/CO_2气氛比常规空气气氛更有利于再燃脱硝。
In this study, systematical experiments on the removal of NOx by CH4 reburning under different conditions were carried out under different conditions using tube reactor. The results show that the optimum temperature for the reburning is about 1000℃, the optimum resident time in the reburning zone is in the range of 0.4-0.6 s, the NO removal efficiency increase up to 90% with increasing the stoichiometry ratio;the inlet NO content increase has advantage effect on NO reduction while the SO2 has disadvantage effect. In comparison with conventional air condition, the O2/CO2 condition is more propitious to reduce NO with CH4 as reburning fuel.
