不同龋敏感人群牙菌斑中变形链球菌群的分布 被引量:6

摘要 目的:比较不同龋敏感人群牙菌斑中变形链球菌群的检出情况。方法:以60例20~40岁的成人为研究对象,其中高龋患者[龋、失及补牙数(DMFT)≥6]及无龋者(DMFT=0)各30例。用无菌牙签刮取受试者牙面菌斑,经轻唾-杆菌肽琼脂培养基选择培养,进行革兰染色及细菌生化反应鉴定。结果:高龋组变形链球菌群阳性检出率(93.3%,28/30)高于无龋组(50.0%,15/30)(χ2=13.871,P<0.001)。结论:变形链球菌群细菌尤其是变形链球菌与龋病的发生有直接关系。 Aim:To study the relationship between streptococcus mutans in human dental plaque of different dental caries susceptibility persons and caries incidence.Methods:A total of 60 adults aged 20 ~ 40 years were divided into two groups:caries-free [(decayed,missing,filled teeth,DMFT) = 0]group and caries-active [DMFT≥6]group,30 in each group.Dental plaque samples were collected with sterilized toothpicks and cultured on streptococcus.The typical isolates of streptococcus mutans were identified by gram staining and classical microbiological methods.Results:Streptococcus mutans were predominant in human dental plaque.The positive rate of streptococcus mutans in the caries-active group(93.35%,28 /30) was higher than that(50.0%,15 /30) in the caries-free group(χ2 = 13.871,P〈0.001).Conclusion:Streptococcus mutans might be related to the occurrence of dental plaque.
