摘要
目的:了解女性护理人员的职业满意度及其影响因素。方法:于2009年3月至2009年6月,采用分层随机抽样的方法,选择某省辖市3家综合性医院和2家专科医院的203名女性护理人员为对象,采用职业满意度量表进行职业满意度测量。结果:调查对象的职业满意度得分为20~100(72.3±10.9)分,平均分的95%可信区间为69.8~75.7。工作年限是女性护理人员职业满意度的影响因素(β=-0.353,t=2.036,P=0.043),年龄、现有学历和技术职称对职业满意度无影响。结论:女性护理人员的职业满意度欠佳;持续性地减轻女性护理人员的工作压力,有望提高其职业满意度。
Aim:To learn the job satisfaction and influencing factors of female nurses.Methods:Stratified random sampling was used to choose 203 female nurses from 3 general hospitals and 2 junior hospitals during March,2009 and June,2009.The job satisfaction was measured by standard scale.Results:The score of job satisfaction was 20 ~ 100(72.3 ±10.9),and 95% confidence interval of the average score was from 69.8 to 75.7.Working age was the main influencing factor of job satisfaction(β =-0.353,t = 2.036,P = 0.043).Age,the current educational level and technical position had no influence on job satisfaction score.Conclusion:The job satisfaction of female nurses is not ideal.Relieving the workforce of the female nurses constantly may be useful to enhance their job satisfaction.
