摘要
采用传统陶瓷工艺合成了(1-x)[0.94Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.06BaTiO3]-xPb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3系陶瓷材料.结构分析表明,在x>0.30时,可以得到纯钙钛矿相,在x=0.50~0.60附近存在一个三方-四方共存的准同型相界,在此相界附近的压电、介电性能较好.同时还研究了退火处理对其介电、压电性能的影响,得到了平面机电耦合系数Kp=60%,压电系数d33=520pC/N左右,相对介电常数εm达到2万左右的压电材料.
x)iO3]-xPb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3 ceramics were prepared by conventional ceramic processing. The results show that it is easy to obtain pure perovskite phase when x>0.30. When x=0.500.60, there is a rhombohedral/tetragonal morphotropic phase boundary. Better piezoelectric and dielectric properties exist near the phase boundary. After thermal annealing, improved piezoelectric and dielectric properties have been obtained. In this paper, Kp=60%,d33=520 pC/N, m20 000 are achieved.
