Discussing the Status of Nosocomial Infections Management in 16 Maternal and Child Health Institutions and Suggestions on It.

目的:了解基层妇保院的医院感染管理现状,发现感染隐患,提出改进建议,保证妇女儿童的生命安全。方法:参与基层妇保院的院感现场检查,对发现的问题进行汇总分析。结果:基层妇保院的院感管理现状不容乐观,存在不同程度的感染隐患,严重影响妇幼临床工作的安全。结论:重视医院感染管理工作,完善院感组织机构,开展感染监测和严格管理措施是提高基层妇保院产科质量,降低孕产妇死亡率,保证妇女儿童生命安全的关键。

Objective To investigate the status of nosocomial infection management in maternal and child health institutions, find out hidden dangers of being infected, and put forward suggestions for ensuring the safety of women and children. Methods On - site inspection was carried out in 16 cases of grass roots maternal and child health institutions and the problems being found were analyzed. Results There existed some problems of nosocomial infection management in grass roots maternal and child health institutions. The hidden dangers of being infected might seriously threaten the safety of women and children. Conclusion The management of nosocomial infections should be valued, organization for preventing nosocomial infections should be developed, and strict management measures including infection surveillance should be implemented, which is vital to improve the maternity quality, reduce maternal mortality and ensure the safety of women and children.
