摘要
通过DTA和XRD研究了Bi2O3-SiO2系统及其化合物Bi2SiO5(1∶1相)的亚稳定相平衡,发现亚稳相Bi2SiO5的析晶温度大约为845℃.在Bi2O3-SiO2系统的广泛区域内(SiO2摩尔分数大于30%)熔体冷却时易于自发成核析出Bi2SiO5相,并且该相在进一步冷却时无其它相变产生,直到室温下也可稳定存在.
Metastable phase equilibrium of Bi2O3-SiO2 system and its compound Bi2SiO5 were studied with DTA and XRD. The investigation shows that metastable phase Bi2SiO5 crystallizes at about 845 during cooling. Upon cooling the melt, Bi2SiO5 tends to crystallize by nucleating spontaneously in a wide range of Bi2O3-SiO2 system (more than 30% SiO2, in mole) and can be cooled to room temperature without any phase transition and it will exist stably at room temperature.
