摘要 铁电阴极材料是一种在脉冲电压或脉冲激光激励下从铁电材料表面获得脉冲强流电子发射的新型功能材料.本文介绍了铁电阴极的主要特点,并对电子发射机理、材料种类和发射实验条件进行了讨论.最后还概述了铁电阴极材料的应用前景及实用化过程中尚待研究的问题. The ferroelectric cathode is a novel electron emission material, from which the strong pulsed electron emission can be either excited by electric field pulse or induced by laser irradiation. In this paper, the main characteristics of ferroelectric cathodes and the mechanism of electron emission are briefly introduced, the material composition and the experiment conditions, which affect the efficiency of electron emission, are also discussed. In addtion, the prospect of application of ferroelectric cathodes is discribed at last.
