摘要
针对气相法聚乙烯催化剂评价小试,利用自控系统实现了乙烯反应质量流量检测、聚合压力和温度控制,考察了不同控制方案及参数时反应过程的影响,选出了最佳条件。在不同反应条件下评价QCP-01催化剂,对其聚合反应动力学进行初步探讨。结果表明,聚合压力、温度对反应动力学有显著影响。
with the developing of gas-phase PE catalyst,the mass now of ethylene was detected and the pressure and temperature of the reactor were controled through our auto-control unit. The innuence of method and parameters on the reaction process was also investigated,and so the best c0ndition was selected. The polymerization kinetic of QCP-01 catalyst was discussed.
