摘要
针对吉化炼油厂乙烯分厂聚乙烯装置氮气净化系统开车出现的精氮气中氧含量超标问题,提出了技术改造方案。在新增设的氮气脱氧装置上,采用大连化学物理研究所研制的506HN型脱氧剂替代美国UCC-1101型脱氧剂,保证精氮气中氧体积分数小于1×10-6。
With respect to a problem that oxygen content exceed standard value during start-up of nitrogen gar purifying system in LLDPE plant. A technical scheme of revamping is put forward in the article. In newly added nitrogen deoxidation facilities, Dalian institute of Chemical Physics manufactured 506HN deoxidant if employed instead of American UCC-1101 deoxidant to guarantee that content of oxygen in purified nitroger gas is less than 1×10-6.
