承接服务业国际转移与中国服务业人力资本提升研究

The Research on Undertaking International Transfer of Service industry and Promotion of China′s Service Industry′s Human Capital

近几年来随着服务业的快速发展,承接服务业国际转移对人力资本的提升作用也不断显现。文章首先从理论角度分析了服务业国际转移如何促进我国服务业人力资本的提升,接着通过实证进一步验证了前文的理论分析,结果表明,承接服务业国际转移能够促进中国服务业人力资本的发展,进而提出大力发展服务业的相关政策建议。

In recent years,along with the fast development of service industry,the promotion of undertaking international transfer of service industry on the human capital is appearing. This article first analyzes how the international transfer of service industry promotes service industry′s human capital in China theoretically, and then we testify the context empirically. The result indicates that undertaking international transfer of service industry can promote the development of service industry′s human capital in China, and then we propose some related policy suggestions.
