摘要
运用ANSYS有限元软件建立了某海洋钻井井架的三维分析模型,计算了钩载为424 kN时的应力,与测试结果吻合。应用该模型对原设计井架和现役腐蚀减薄井架分别进行了受力计算,结果表明,由于型钢壁厚减薄,井架中轴向应力增加了22%,为保证安全作业,井架需降级使用。计算该井架的剩余承载能力,最大钩载降到4 920 kN是安全的。
A 3D analytic model of sea drilling derrick is established by comparing with site testing data and using finite element software ANSYS. Both Original design derrick and corrosive derrick under loadings are calculated. The result shows that the stress increases by 22 percent in the thinned wall thickness derrick. The derrick should work under fewer loads in order to guarantee safety. Finally the maximum practical hook load the derrick bearing is obtained by analyzing remaining load capacity.
