摘要
由抽油装置、井下抽汲系统等组成的智能软拖动抽油系统具有结构简单、能耗低、管理方便的特点,能保证油井在合理流压下密闭生产。为进一步降低智能软拖动抽油系统的能耗,以百米吨液耗电为目标,建立了智能软拖动抽油系统能耗公式,利用图解法求出了软柱塞合理下入深度,给出了合理工作制度的确定方法。现场试验证明,此方法准确、可行。
The intelligent soft-dragging system is built up by the pumping installation, the downhole pumping system, and so on. It features simple structure, low energy consumption, convenient management and can assurance the well closed producing at the rightful flow pressure. In order to further reduce the energy consumption of the intelligent soft-driving system, the energy consumption formula of the intelligent soft-dragging system was established, which aimed at the hundredmeter energy consumption. The rightful landing depth of the swab was given by using the graph method, and the means of defining the rightful working system was given. Field test showed that this method was accurate and practicable.
