人字形板式换热器双流道模型的温度场数值模拟 被引量:14

摘要 应用数值计算软件fluent对人字形板式换热器进行温度场的数值模拟,模拟采用双流道形式,冷、热流体分别从上、下两个流道进入换热器进行热量交换,分别得出了冷、热流体的各自通道的温度分布,结合前人的研究结果,给出了人字形板式换热器的传热数据,从而使人字形板式换热器在传热参数上得到优化。研究表明,温度场在平行于进口速度方向上,温度梯度变化明显,层次较为清楚;在垂直进口速度方向上,温度梯度变化较平行时要低,层次不明显。 A numerical simulation was conducted of the temperature field of the chevron-shaped plate heat exchangers using Fluent software,a double channel form was used in simulation,the cool flow and hot flow entered the heat exchangers separately from the up channel and down channel for heat exchange,the temperature distribution of the cool flow channel and hot flow channel were derived.Based on the previous researches,the heat transfer data of the chevron-shaped plate heat exchangers was given,and the heat transfer parameters of the heat exchangers were optimized.The research shows that the temperature gradient of the temperature field was evident and the level was more distinct at the direction parallel to inlet velocity;the change of the temperature gradient of the temperature field was low and the level was not clear at the direction vertical to inlet velocity.
