摘要
对φ410-311转换接头断裂事故进行了综合分析,从断口形貌发现其坡面断口成典型应力集中特征,从金相分析又发现存在严重显微空洞和魏氏组织,从而确定这一事故为产品质量事故,并分析了这些因素对断裂失效的影响。
The fracture accident aboutφ410-311 crossover sub is overall analyzed in this paper.According to characteristic of the shape of fracture, the groove face has taken a typical ofrm of stress concentration, and many micro holes and W-organize have been fund by using metallography, thus the accident is confirmed for the problem of the product quality.The paper has analyzed these factors which affect on the fracture.
