人源性抗菌肽的结构特点及研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 抗菌肽作为固有免疫系统的重要组成部分,在宿主防御反应中起了重要作用,体内及体外实验均显示出广谱的抗微生物活性并且不易产生抗药性,具有发展成为新型抗感染、抗病毒、抗肿瘤药物的潜力,其结构特点与作用机制及活性密切。相关人源性抗菌肽由于其物种特点,不易产生人细胞毒性及排异反应,更具备优先发展成为新型抗菌药物的潜力。本文对功能已获证实的几种人源性抗菌肽:defensins、cathelicidins和histatins以及国内学者近年来逐渐发掘的新型人源性抗菌肽hGlyrichin进行了综述。 Antimicrobial peptides,which played an important role in the innate defense system of living organism,were small,cationic,amphiphilic peptides with broad-spectrum microbicidal activity against both Gram-positive bacteria,Gram-negative bacteria and fungi.A wide verity of proteins and peptides with antibacterial or antimicrobial activity were discovered,but the part of human origined was rare.The relationships among the structure character,effect mechanism and antibacterial ativity of AMPs were discussed.The recent advances of origined human anti-microbial peptides,such as defensins,cathelicidins,histatins and hGlyrichins were also reviewed.
