摘要
氮化碳是一种根据理论计算设计并人工合成的无机化合物。本文介绍了以单氰胺,二聚氰胺,三聚氰胺等碳氮化合物为原料,通过缩聚反应制备类石墨结构氮化碳(g-C3N4)的研究现状。类石墨结构氮化碳具有特殊的半导体光学特性,作为可见光响应的催化剂被应用于光催化反应中,本文阐述了其在光解水制氢方面的应用。
Carbon nitride was an inorganic compound,which was designed and synthesized according to the theoretical calculation.The progress of a recently developed synthetic scheme was introduced which was based on the self-condensation of cyanamide,dicyandiamide,or melamine to generate graphitic carbon nitride(g-C3N4) materials.Currently,it was applied in photocatalysis as a visible-light-response catalyst due to its special property of semiconductor.The application in hydrogen production from water splitting under visible light was focus on.
