摘要
以三聚氰胺(M)、间苯二酚(R)和甲醛(F)为原料,经溶胶-凝胶和超临界干燥过程成功制备出了改性MF气凝胶。实验结果表明:在MF体系中引入改性溶胶RF极大地缩短了凝胶时间(约24h),并且经过改性后,气凝胶的目标密度低于50mg/cm3,突破了目前MF气凝胶的密度在100mg/cm3~800mg/cm3的限制。
Modified MF aerogels were prepared from Melamine(M) ,resorcinol(R) and Formaldehyde(F) by sol-gel and supercritical drying process.The results indicate geletion time (about 24h) was greatly shortened by means of introducing RF sol into MF system,and the goal density of the aerogels was controlled under 50mg/cm3,and breaking the current density restrictions of MF aerogel at 100mg/cm3 ~ 800mg/cm3.
