基于ANSYS的换热器管束振动模态分析 被引量:11

摘要 根据固定管板式换热器的结构特点,采用有限元法对该结构进行有限元离散,壳体、固定管板、折流板采用空问壳单元模拟、换热管采用空问梁单元模拟,分别建立了精细的有限模型和常规的简化有限元模型,对管束动态特性进行了计算。其结果对于预测换热器的振动具有十分重要的现实意义。 According to the structure character of tubular heat exchanger,the equipment was analyzed and divided by finite element method from the shell body,tube sheet,baffle-board are simulated as space shell element,and the tube was simulated as space beam element.Fine finite element models were built.Dynamic characteristic was calculated with the finite element models.The result had great practical significance to the forecast of the vibration of heat exchanger.
