摘要
近10年来,变压吸附制氧法发展迅速,其在氧气纯度要求不高、规模不大的用氧场合很有优势,被迅速普及。本文通过比较两种主要工业制氧方法——深冷法制氧和真空变压吸附制氧法的工艺特点,指出在一定的用氧场合,变压吸附制氧法在安全性和可靠性上有着更大的优势。
Vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) was rapidly developed during the past decades,and it was more superior when the request of oxygen purity was not so high and the productional scale was not so big,which was now popular in these areas.The productional characteristics of the two major industrial oxygen production methods,viz.deep cooling method,were compared.It was found that the VPSA method was more superior in the security and reliability in these areas.
