学习预警和朋辈辅导对大学教育管理的作用

Application of Early Warning and Peer Psychological Counseling System in College Educational Management

针对我校大学生学习过程中出现的心理问题,用学习预警机制进行了调查,并对我校大学生出现学习预警的原因进行了分析,发现沉迷网络游戏已经是影响我校学生学习状态的重要原因,高年级出现学习预警的人数远远高于低年级,某个专业中有近十分之一的学生出现预警状态。提出用朋辈心理辅导作为主要途径对这些心理问题进行解决。

Psychological problems existed in study process of our college students were investigated with early warning system and reasons were analyzed.Investigation data indicated that indulged in internet games was the most important reason of affecting college students study,and percents of students whom were warned in high grade were higher than the lower grade,more worse,about ten percents students in a specialty were warned.Using peer psychological counseling system as a main method to solve the problems was provided.
