By understanding the Zhanjiang Dongxing hydrocracking unit production conditions on the characteristics of a long time power outage hydrocracking,and analyzing the phenomena,from the device,equipment,and personal safety,a long time blackout treatment options were proposed based on these aspects to make the post officer worked orderly,handle accidents in the short,and protecte installations,equipment and personal safety under the condition of power outage.
