摘要
以大白菜缘枯病抗病材料山西信中籽-339和感病材料山西信中籽-332为亲本构建包含111个单株的F2分离群体,利用SRAP分子标记技术并结合分离群体混合分析法(BSA)筛选与抗病基因连锁的标记。结果表明:在672对SRAP引物中有19对引物在抗感病池间存在多态性,经过单株筛选,BMe10CO11标记与大白菜缘枯病抗病基因连锁,其遗传距离为11.4cM。
The segregating population was developed from a cross between a resistance Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa L. ssp. pekinensis)339 and the susceptible 332. The molecular marker techniques SRAP and bulked segregation analysis(BSA)were used to screen markers linked to the disease resistance genes. Among the 672 primer combinations, BMe10CO11 showed polymorphism between bulks of resistance and susceptible. The distance of BMe10CO11 was 11.4 cM.
