摘要
平湖油气田是我国东海海域第一个发现并投入开发的以天然气为主的油气田。该油气田按项目管理模式开展建设。经历了陆地工程建造阶段,预钻井实施阶段,海上安装、连接、调试阶段和投产准备阶段,直至油气田投产。
The paper gives a general introduction of the implementation of Pinghu Oil & Gas Field development project, the first ever disecvered and developed oil & gas field in the East China Sea. The whole development project consists of onshore fabrication, pre- drilling, offshore installation, hook up and production preparation phases, evolving from single fabrication activity to joint efforts of multiple professional operations. The field is to come on stream very soon.
