摘要
提出了一种新型油气管道光纤预警系统。该系统基于Mach-Zehnder干涉原理,通过检测传感系统输出的干涉信号强度变化,测得盗油事件产生的微振动,达到预警的目的。由于光纤传感器具有极高的灵敏度,因此在管线遭到破坏前就可以发出预警。分析了传感系统定位和信号频谱分析的原理并进行了现场实验。实验结果表明,本系统监测距离大于50 km,相对定位误差为2%,系统误报率小于5%,正确报警率93.57%,平均响应时间为68.3 ms。
A new fiber optic early-waning system for oil/gas pipelines is proposed. The system is based on the Mach--Zehnder interference principle, and it achieves the early-warning purpose through detecting the intensity variation of the output interference signals to sense the micro-vibration caused by thieving oil/gas. Because of the high sensitivity of fiber optic sensors, the early-warning can be made before the pipeline damaged. The principles of the sensing system location and the spectrum analysis are analyzed, and field experiments are conducted. The experimental results show that the detection range of the system is more than 50 kin, the relative location error is 2%, the [alse alert rate is less than 50//00, the correct alert rate is 93.57%, and the average response time is 68.3 ms.
