摘要
由于Φ5 m石灰窑齿圈块结构的特殊性,在凝固过程中因收缩受阻而产生内应力,当内应力超过强度时,致使铸件产生裂纹,甚至发生断裂。从铸件收缩阻力和铸件结构方面入手,阐述了断裂的原因及防止措施。
The internal stress in the Φ5 m limekiln gear ring blocks was generated during the solidification process for its special structure.When the stress caused by hindrance of contraction exceeds the strength,the cracks will generate in the casting and the casting will be even broken.The reasons and preventive measures of fracture were presented from aspects of the shrinkage resistance and the casting structure.
