车用涡轮增压器喘振判断方法的研究 被引量:8

摘要 传统的涡轮增压器性能试验过程中压气机是否发生喘振是由试验人员依靠经验进行判断。通过搭建了涡轮增压器喘振试验台架,采用动态测量采集系统获得了喘振过程中的多处动态压力信号,采用滑动窗口法建立了压气机喘振的判断标准并对其中的有关参数做出了规定,将新的喘振判断方法和标准应用到压气机性能试验中。试验结果表明:采用新的喘振判断方法能够准确地判断喘振的发生,所获得的压气机临近喘振点流量比经验判断获得的临近喘振点流量波动范围明显减小。 Turbocharger surge test bench was set up and applied to achieve the dynamic pressure signals of different portions of turbocharger during the turbocharger surge occurring. The sliding window method was adopted to establish the surge quantification judging criteria of the compressor and to give the critical values for the related parameters. These criteria may solve the problem to judge the turbocharger surge according to operator's experience during turbocharger performance test, also contribute to realize intelligent automatic operation of the turbocharger performance test bench and surge management in test process.
