摘要
高温高压气井固井的主要风险之一缘于水泥浆类型的选择和气窜的发生。水泥浆体系的组成和配制方法往往是产生气窜的主要因素,又往往是防窜中需注意的主要技术。一个良好的水泥浆体系应具有防窜功能,并能将高温高压固井的风险减少到最低限度。研究了高温高压对水泥浆主要性能的影响,水泥浆体系与气窜的关系,提出高温防窜水泥浆的设计方法,高温防窜水泥浆性能的特殊检验方法和质量保证控制程序,并开发出一套适合于高温高压气井固井的水泥浆体系。该体系的应用增加了高温高压固井作业的可靠性,提高了固井质量,促进了高温高压固井技术的发展。
The selection of cement slurry system and gas migration is regarded as one of the risks for cementing jobs in HTHP gas wells. A good cement slurry system must have the function of combating gas migration and minimize the risks of cementing in HTHP gas well. Impact of HT on cement slurry property, the relationship between cement slurry and gas migration, the method of the slurry design of the combating gas migration well are discussed in this paper, and also a new method of cement slurry testing, the cement slurry quality assurance/quality control are given.
