摘要
目的:控制给药差错对病人造成的医疗伤害,提高用药安全,保障医疗质量。方法:利用故障模式和影响分析(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis,FMEA)实施,计算风险优先指数(Risk Priority Number,RPN)值,根据RPN值大小,确定给药环节改进措施。结果:通过制定纠正和预防措施,跟踪控制措施,再次计算RPN值,较改进前减小,用药安全性提高。结论:FMEA以较低成本实现重点质量事件的改进,达到用药系统整体可靠性提高。
Objective To control medical injury to patients from drug errors,to improve drug safety,and to ensure medical quality.Methods FMEA was used to calculate the risk priority index value of RPN,and then based on RPN measures were determined to improve the delivery links.Results With taking corrective and preventive measures,tracking and control measures,RPN values were re-calculated.The results indicated that they were lower than the former,which improved medication safety.Conclusion FMEA is a method which focuses on improving the quality of key events on a lower cost,and increasing the drug system＇s overall reliability.
