桐乡市中小学教师心理健康状况及其生存质量相关性研究 被引量:2

Relativity research on mental health condition and survival quality between elementary school teachers and middle school teachers in Tongxiang city

摘要 目的:研究桐乡市中小学教师心理健康状况及其与生存质量的相关性。方法:在桐乡市某乡镇抽取全部小学教师80人,初中教师102人为研究对象,采用SCL—90、WHOQOL量表、自制心理压力调查表进行调查。结果:中小学教师心理健康水平比较差异无统计学意义,但普遍低于常模组。中小学教师的生存质量在环境领域、总分方面差异有统计学意义,73.3%小学教师感到生存质量较高,初中教师仅57.6%感到生存质量较高,教师的生存质量与心理健康水平呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论:中小学教师的心理健康水平已影响其生存质量,应引起政府、社会、心理卫生工作者的关注。 Objective To study the relativity on mental health condition and survival quality between elementary school teachers and middle school teachers in Tongxiang city.Methods 80 elementary school teachers and 102 junior middle school teachers were surveyed by SCL-90,WHOQOL and a self-developed mental stress questionnaire.Results The mental health level had no remarkable significance between the elementary school teachers and the middle school teachers,but is lower than the common crowd generally.The elementary school teachers and middle school teachers'survival quality had remarkable significance in environment domain and total score(P0.05).73.3%elementary school teachers felt survival quality high,yet only 57.6% junior middle school teachers felt the survival quality high.Teacher's survival quality and their mental health level assumes the remarkable inverse correlation(P0.01).Conclusion The survival quality of elementary school teachers and middle school teachers have affected by their mental health levels,which should arouse the attention of the government,the society,and mental health staff.
