Influence of Different Mechanisms and Models on Numerical Simulation Results of Gas Turbine Combustors

摘要 对甲烷燃烧NOx排放的5种典型机理进行分析比较,对比了详细机理、稳态假设简化机理和经验拟合机理在燃烧室NOx排放数值模拟中的特点,并运用这些机理计算了与燃气轮机燃烧室工况相似的湍流燃烧过程.通过已有试验结果对模型进行校验,讨论了模型参数、压力等对温度和NOx排放的影响,结果表明:模拟结果与试验结果较吻合,说明合理选择化学反应模型、湍流模型和燃烧模型,可以提高计算效率及保证结果的准确性. Five typical mechanisms,used for numerical simulation of NO_x emission from methane combustion,were analyzed and compared,with focus on simulation features of the detailed,quasi-steady simplified and empirical three categories of mechanisms.Using models based on these mechanisms,turbulent combustion of gas turbine combustors were also simulated.By verifying simulation models with existing experimental results,influence of model parameters and pressure etc.on temperature and NO_x emission is analyzed.Results show that the simulation results agree well with that of the experiments,indicating that the calculation efficiency and accuracy may be raised by adopting reasonable chemical reaction,turbulent and combustion models.
