摘要
环形微带分支电桥是微波集成电路中常用的电路结构,数值仿真能够有效地分析这种电路的性能。针对任意形状的环形微带分支电桥设计比较困难的问题,采用了平面电路概念进行分析并给出模型。运用考虑了边缘场效应与辐射效应的围道积分方法进行分析并给出电磁场的解析解,最后使用鲍威尔法对电桥进行优化仿真设计。在实际中制作了这种电桥并进行了测量,实测结果与模型仿真结果很好吻合,验证了本方法的有效性。
The hybrid ring has been widely used in the design of microwave integrated circuits. Numerical simulation can analyze the capability of this circuit effectively. To solve the difficult problem of designing an arbitrarily shaped hybrid ring,a synthesis of the circuit pattern of hybrid ring based upon the planar circuit concept was described. The contour-integral method by including the fringe fields and radiation was used for the circuit analysis and the analytical results were pointed out. Powell's method was used for the circuit analysis and the optimization. Practical hybrid circuits having optimized circuit patterns were constructed and their characteristics were measured. The results agree well with the theory,demonstrating the validity and effectiveness of the proposed synthesis method.
