摘要
洪水灾害是一种突发性自然灾害,它给人民生命、财产带来了巨大的损失。为了辅助洪水灾害评估,减少洪水灾害带来的损失,提出了一种基于LiDAR(Light Detection And Ranging)数据的城市建模与仿真方法。该方法首先基于LiDAR数据和航拍图像对城市房屋和道路进行重建,然后基于重建数据,对洪水灾害及发生洪水灾害时的人员疏散情况进行仿真,并以可视化形式对仿真场景进行显示。最后以美国路易斯安那州新奥尔良市的LiDAR点云数据和航拍图像为实验数据,验证了这种城市建模与仿真方法在辅助洪水灾害评估时的有效性。
Flood is a kind of unexpected natural disaster,which brings huge damage to people's lives and property. In order to assist flood disaster assessment,reduce the loss,a city modeling and simulation method based on LiDAR data was proposed. First,the 3D city model was reconstructed based on the LiDAR point data and aerial images. Next,the city in flood disaster given the flood level was simulated,and at the same time,the evacuation situation of people was simulated. At last,the simulation result was visualized. Based on the experiment using the LiDAR point data and aerial images from New Orleans,Louisiana,the assisting flood disaster assessment method was validated.
